Christmas Winter Blizzard

   I love days where you look outside see snow drifts the a pure white sheen of snow. A day to create to let the creative juices flow as you look out the window to the quietness of the day time to reflect relax and bring up new images to create. Beautiful long ice cycles hanging form the roof tops, roof lines with large snow drifts leaning over the ledges, fences with snow topped peaks, oh.. the stillness and beauty of it all.
   I cant wait to get started on some new spring projects.  A fellow brought me some old linen's from his mother to re purpose and reuse these beautiful hand mades. I'm going to sit a while with a cup of warm coffee and then begin creating.

Cookies For Afganastan

One of my sons best buds and quitar player during high school went for his first tour to Afganastan. His mom called me last week and asked if I'd make my chewy ummmy chocolate chip cookies to send in his holiday package.  She said she has the recipie however they just dont turn out like mine do....?  So I made them up and put extra love in them so he will return safe to us, his family and his new wife Jen. Proud of you Nick!
When these boys were growing up it always seamed like they knew when I was making cookies as if they could smell them from far away. Sweet blessing to share home baked goodies and love with those who come to the house.... miss those days with kids running around I guess now it will be grandbabies.  Looking forward to those precious moments and the future they hold.
Bless some one today with homemade something from your heart a gift of cookies or visit a elderly neighbor or call a friend and let them know you are thinking of them today.

Holiday Harvest Craft Show

The Holiday Harvest Craft Show was amazing awesome!  All my award winning Dolls Sold! and many more have new homes tonight.  It was so sweet to come home with empty containers.... I do love my dolls but so nice for them to have loving homes and great people who can appreciate all the work that goes into their art creation.  God is so good to me.  I m so blessed to have so many who were gracious with their complements and purchases.  Thanks to all of my faithful customers you are what makes it happen.

Maggie Prim Doll

Maggie is featured in Fall issue of Prims Magazine! I very much like the look on Maggie's face. A teeny bit angry, some tired thrown in, a wee bit of mistrust but needing someone to love anyway, and finding it, finally, she's a forever kind of friend.
